So Edwards admits he is scum..

It looks like Edwards has been forced to come clean about his affair. He now claims to have had the affair but not to be the baby’s daddy. My bet is that he is and he is spinning. I expect like all the other democrat wives whose husbands do this stuff that his will make excuses for him. Maybe even claim she already knew about it and such. Who cares! The big story is not that another democrat has been bad. The elephant here is how it took a tabloid rag to get us to know about this. The MSM now that they have no choice will cover this. There will be a ton of posturing, excuse making for Edwards’ infidelity, and in general useless shit. Oh and of course the “well republicans do it too” defense will feature prominently. I would not be surprised if they dreg up that story about McCain. While everyone is focused on Edwards and McCain, they give Obama a pass. But even more importantly they hope to play everyone so we forget the most important part of this story: that they chose not to cover it, claiming ethical reasons they never seem to bother about when the guy in question has an (R) by his name and/or is a Christian, because they wanted to protect their ideological play mates.

The fact remains that the people in the MSM must have gotten wind of this scandal. I can not believe that nobody in the MSM had even a small bit of suspicion this was going on. My bet is that if we do get some investigating, and we likely will not get any from the MSM, the facts will show that they knew about the affair and chose to bury it. They are now only covering it because the Enquirer got too much evidence and alternative media was not going to let go and was exposing their bias. Say what you want, but there is no way anyone can keep claiming there is not a liberal bias in the MSM after the way they handled this scandal. No damn way. The left covered for this scumbag, and I expect them to continue to do the same even as they are forced to report. This would never have been done for a republican. And that is the big story here: our MSM no longer even worries about being exposed as frauds. They behave like a fifth column, a propaganda organ of the DNC. Reporting on the things that help the DNC, repeating any and all statements by the democrats, no matter how ludicrous or obviously false, without any attempt to point out the statements are false, and covering up those that hurt the democrats.

Look people this is a horrible thing, but I am glad there is no longer any way for the MSM to claim impartiality nor to be centrists. They are shills for the democrats. In the end I have no doubt that most of the people in the MSM tried to use morality and high standards to help cover up for Edwards. They did not want to deal with this story because it hurt their ideological agenda. And they do the same on the GWoT, the MMGW agenda, the November elections, our current energy crisis, and a myriad of other agendas the left champions or opposes. Edwards is your typical scumbag, but out MSM is worse. Despicable.

UPDATE: So now it looks like John has orchestrated a nice scam with that Hunter lady he does not love where he claims he would be for the paternity DNA test while she is the one to nix the idea. Follow the money here people. This is a setup. Damage control and nothing but. Of course I doubt the MSM toons that tried their best to cover -up this story will do anything but play along. What a waste of time.. How about a story of how the MSM covered up for this scumbag? That would be something else.
