Collectivism sucks.
Awesome description of why what Obama is doing is wrong;
Only, in this passage Obama revealed precisely why he is vulnerable to such charges: he can’t seem to tell the difference between a gift and a theft. There is nothing remotely socialistic or communistic about sharing. If you have a toy that someone else wants, you have three choices in a free society. You can offer to trade it for something you value that is owned by the other. You can give the toy freely, as a sign of friendship or compassion. Or you can choose to do neither.
Collectivism in all its forms is about taking away your choice. Whether you wish to or not, the government compels you to surrender the toy, which it then redistributes to someone that government officials deem to be a more worthy owner. It won’t even be someone you could ever know, in most cases. That’s what makes the political philosophy unjust (by stripping you of control over yourself and the fruits of your labor) as well as counterproductive (by failing to give the recipient sufficient incentive to learn and work hard so he can earn his own toys in the future).
Government is not charity. It is not persuasion, or cooperation, or sharing. Government is a fist, a shove, a gun. Obama either doesn’t understand this, or doesn’t want voters to understand it.
How the hell am I sharing when it is mandatory? That’s the fact Obama is trying to hide. This is not about sharing, but of plain and simple stealing money and buying votes from life’s losers with some of it. Collectivism sucks.

Fraud and lies..
Let me ask you a question. If you where sitting on a jury and a lawyer came up and told you his client whom was caught by bank security guards with a gun and a note saying “give me all the money or I start shooting everyone in sight” did not intend to rob the bank and was actually innocent, because he really was planning to do something else, would you buy it? Would you actually wonder if maybe it was just so much coincidence? I am certain most honest people would immediately dismiss this lawyer outright as the intent of the perp was quite obvious.
And yet, these past weeks I have had a slew of liberals tell me that ACORN’s massive attempt at voter registration fraud was not really a big deal because in the end nobody could prove the intent was to commit voter fraud, or even more importantly, that fraud was occurring. I even tried the above question on a couple of them. The first did not realize why I had asked it and fell right into the trap. The second one picked it up as soon as he had answered and began to spin wildly. But it was obvious and it was too late. Eventually both told me it did not matter. The end justified the means because republicans had to be taken out of power so America could be fixed (meaning made a socialist state).
With the media feeling the same way these libs I interacted with these days do, it is no wonder that Obama campaign is likely to have the largest amount of voter fraud since the Kennedy election happen and not have it even reported. Heck, they disabled their credit card security protocols and have been taking donations from foreigners, people that gave way over the allowed maximums, and even from people that used other people’s credit cards! The Obama campaign raised $100 million in one month through this online portal. And yet this is also not news.
We are so hosed.

Was this another slip of the tongue?
I guess Biden again has dropped a bomb. Now the question is was this a mistake because Obama really is just using the $250K figure based on some kind of polling that told him that number was the threshold where the usual greed factor hit with people and Biden just mistakenly went with some earlier figure, or is Biden out there setting things up for Obama to go much things up and have some kind of backup to make the claim he really never promised to not tax people. Frankly I doubt that the $150K number will hold either. Letting the Bush tax cuts expire will hit everyone making $50K or more. And having promised close to $4 trillion in new spending to cover all his new collectivist “spread the wealth” vote buying schemes, he will not be able to avoid new taxes. Obama is simply playing a word game. The fact is that he and the democrats will drastically increase the tax burden on everyone because that is the way the government gets the cash it wants. Only fools buy this crap that only the rich will pay.

It has already started..
This morning while driving into work I was listening to the usual talk radio shows I do and guess what happened. A Obama supporter called in to tell us all about how stupid Bush was because we where losing the war in Afghanistan. The caller went into a well prepared speech which included the usual talking points that these defeatists used about how any conflict in Afghanistan was unwinnable. These where the exact same talking points they used back in 2002, before we decided Saddam had to be dealt with, at which point they realized that if they opposed both Iraq and Afghanistan they would rightly be identified as anti-war/anti-US quacks. As I had said often, their support for fighting in Afghanistan, because Bin Laden was over, but not in Iraq, because al Qaeda was not there, was just clever posturing. Nothing but a false cover to prevent them from being dismissed out right as defeatist idiots. And al Qaeda ended up in Iraq fighting our troops despite the claim al Qaeda was not in Iraq. We where told Iraq was a lost cause too remember? There is a simple reason that Iraq is no longer in the news during this election cycle, but all the negative news about Afghanistan is: the left was wrong about Iraq and it is hoping to demoralize people about our chances in Afghanistan.
Anyway the new talking points are that Afghanistan is a lost cause. Since the days of Alexander the Great nobody has been able to conquer and occupy it. Even the great USSR could not defeat them! The reason the USSR could not stabilize Afghanistan was that we provided the Mujahedeen with the weapons and tactics to fight the USSR long enough for their anemic collectivist economy to implode and force a withdrawal. I would like to point out to these idiots that claim Afghanistan can not be fixed by force that Japan which had not been conquered for over 20 centuries and was a far more modern and formidable force than anything in Afghanistan, was defeated by force in WWII. And lets forget the idiotic fact that we are not trying to occupy Afghanistan like the USSR did but there to help establish a stable government: the one thing the Taliban, and obviously the democrats, do not want because it would bode ill for them. The left, because of ideological necessity, has from the beginning not just said that conflict or force will never resolve these problems, but actively done everything to undermine every and all efforts that would disprove their assertion. America could not be allowed to win militarily or the American people might think that force does win and demand it be used. This would not square well with the new collectivist world order ideology which is twisted enough to believe that it can achieve the same in courts.
Anyway, back to the call. I was not surprised that now that Iraq is all but won, unless we bail out and let it degenerate into chaos, the left has decided that they have to make us lose in Afghanistan. I was only surprised that the host did not point out to this caller that this strategy was obvious. The left’s leadership never cared if Bin Laden was dealt with or not. That was all posturing. All they wanted was for things to go back to the way things where before 9-11. Not because they thought it was the better for America, but because the post 9-11 world meant they would not be in power because they where not serious about our security. I guess my point is simple: the left was never really serious about Afghanistan. They pretended to be so they got some cover from those that would rightly point out they just wanted us to lose any military engagement. Now that Iraq is in the bag, they have shown their true colors about Afghanistan. Now that al Qaeda has lost in iraq it is going back to Afghanistan to fight us there and hoping that it can hide in Pakistan to avoid getting creamed. We must stay strong and bring them down or all our efforts till now will be for naught. And the left knows that. That is precisely why they will do everything they can to make us lose that fight.

Get ready for a depresion..
The Obama people are already hard at work, with the usual help from the MSM mind you, spinning the fact that what they plan to do to us will have disastrous consequences. As soon as collectivist twits decide they will abuse the power of government to steal money from people, those people are going to do things to avoid getting robbed. It is simple human nature. Contrary to the idiotic Joe Biden, nobody but collectivists hoping to steal money from people think that paying more taxes is patriotic. get used to things like this. Nobody likes to get robbed. So they will do things in such a way to avoid having to pay taxes. Do not for a second doubt that the rich, and practically every single democrat big-wigs these days is loaded because they do not practice what they preach, will find ways to avoid paying taxes. The only people that will get nailed will be the ones that are trying to get rich or just get bye. And the democrats know this quite well but really don’t give a damn. They are not doing it to help the little guy, and the people tat really believe that is what they are doing are even bigger idiots than these bastards, but to help them keep power.
Besides, this doesn’t really help stop poverty. If these pimps really where trying to end poverty you would figure that 40 years and over $15 trillion spent during the war on poverty would have accomplished that by now. It has only made more people into government hand-out addicted whores and nothing else. Now the democrats want to double if not triple the amount of handouts. All this means is that we will have double if not triple the amount of people hoping their government pimp comes across. And the number of people producing the money these collectivists will be stealing will drastically go down once most of us are unemployed because employers that are getting raped simply cut costs everywhere and hope to outlive these idiots. Get ready for an economic downturn that will make the stuff we are seeing right now and the Carter years look like they where nice.

Be afraid, be very, very afraid..
We are screwed if Obama wins. You must be one of the people hoping to stick it to the people that work hard and did not screw up or a total stupid idiot that still believes socialism can work if you think Obama is going to do anything but destroy our economy & prosperity. Obama is avoiding the media and any possibility of though questions, because he knows he will have to lie about what he plans if he wants to win this election. These will look like the good days when Obama gets his plan going. And don’t worry. Even though energy now is getting cheaper, oil is dropping and might fall below $50 a barrel due to the slump, there will be no economic growth or economy left to profit from this. This guy is ready to piss away our Constitution, the document that helped make this country great, people. Look at their reaction when asked about what they plan. The people that did this will pay for daring to do this. I have no doubt about that. Barney Franks, whom covered for his boyfriend that was running Fannie Mae (ironic that the word fannie comes up when Franks is involved) and prevented any legislation that might have stopped these practices that destroyed our economy wants to gut our defense in today’s scary world. This means we will have more people losing jobs, less security, and likely have to capitulate as soon as that first crisis Biden warned us about happens. But that is what democrats like: to play the victim. The democrats basically believe the time has come to burn the Constitution up and make us all slaves of government. Of course they being the elites will not have to be subjected to the same shit we will be. Welcome to the USSR take 2. This is how a great nation will die: raped by politicians whom have adopted collectivism as a means to absolute power while pretending to be looking out for the little guy.
UPDATE: Simply WOW!. Do not miss this stuff. This guy is a hard core marxist and nothing else. America is about to be screwed and screwed hard. He got a law degree, Constitutional lawyer even, and he pisses all over the Constitution. This stuff can’t be made up. Barack basically says that the role of government is to regulate the citizen’s wealth. That is as un-American as it can ever get. Pray this guys loses people or this country is done.

Why we are hosed..
Take a look at how Chris Dodd, senior Senator from my home state of Connecticut, and the lead architect of the whole Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac disaster that caused this massive economic mess is getting away with in the national media. The Courant, one of our local papers, is giving it to him hard, but this news is not going national. The reason is simple: it would hurt Barack Obama and democrats in the election. Remember that Dodd, the head of the banking commission in Congress, is one of the scumbags calling for Wall Street hearings and blaming republicans the loudest for deregulation. But he is one of the top guys that blocked any attempt by republicans to regulate Fannie & Freddie in any way. Now we the tax payers are bailing out the people that gave him a sweetheart deal while he and the democrats ride this disaster of their own making hoping to score big in the coming elections. America is in serious trouble people. And the media is screwing us the hardest right now.

the usual losers at the UN want Obama to win. Look people. These people hate our guts. They only play nice with us when they believe the idiot in the WH will screw America and American citizens in favor of them and their agendas. Fear what will happen to us if Obama wins. Biden was right when he said Obama would put America in trouble. My guess is that Biden figures America will suffer another terror attack, and Obama instead of retaliating will do nothing but play the victim. Or maybe they will work with these people in the UN to create a crisis they can then let Obama solve so he can look good. I like to play the odds. America is bound to lose with these odds.

This is what democrats have planned for us..
The left has been crying about government abuse of power ever since president Bush took actions to stop America’s enemies from abusing our system. I could never understand what worried democrats so much until they became ruthless about winning this coming election and started doing things like this and this with the help from the media:
“State and local officials are investigating if state and law-enforcement computer systems were illegally accessed when they were tapped for personal information about “Joe the Plumber.” Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher became part of the national political lexicon Oct. 15 when Republican presidential candidate John McCain mentioned him frequently during his final debate with Democrat Barack Obama. The 34-year-old from the Toledo suburb of Holland is held out by McCain as an example of an American who would be harmed by Obama’s tax proposals.
Public records requested by The Dispatch disclose that information on Wurzelbacher’s driver’s license or his sport-utility vehicle was pulled from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles database three times shortly after the debate. Information on Wurzelbacher was accessed by accounts assigned to the office of Ohio Attorney General Nancy H. Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department. It has not been determined who checked on Wurzelbacher, or why. Direct access to driver’s license and vehicle registration information from BMV computers is restricted to legitimate law enforcement and government business.
Paul Lindsay, Ohio spokesman for the McCain campaign, attempted to portray the inquiries as politically motivated. “It’s outrageous to see how quickly Barack Obama’s allies would abuse government power in an attempt to smear a private citizen who dared to ask a legitimate question,” he said.
If this was a republican investigating a democrat you can bet your behind this would be top story. It would receive coverage 24/7. We would be told about how fascistic this kind of thing was and be told about the abuses of power in government. But this, not being the first by the way, is something democrats have done. And so it is being brushed off and they are pretending it is no big deal because a court has not rendered a verdict yet. When democrats accuse the gig is up. When democrats are accused it means nothing. And if they are found guilty, they wear it as a badge of honor.
Anyway, do not stand in their way and do not ask hard questions or else. These are collectivists. They believe they are smarter and know best what everyone needs. Sooner or later it will come to this kind of stuff. And our media has abandoned their role of watchdog, albeit a biased one, in favor of rooting for their political goals and guy. Even the democrats think this is a bad thing.

They wonder why MSM says hate is on right, but….
practically every story I hear about blatant hatred resulting in violence seems to be against McCain supporters. These people wanted to make a point. They really wanted to to make a point. I bet the MSM will give this story short shrift or find a way to blame the McCain campaign for this anyway. And they wonder why they are losing audiences.
UPDATE: Well I suspected this and should have said so. It looks like like this was faked. I hope she pays for this. Of course if she was a democrat and they caught her in a hoax, they would be telling us that it was the weight of the accusations that counted. Sad that people pull this kind of crap.
